The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms were well, furnished and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences.
The service provided during check, in left a lot to be desired. the staff member who assisted us was unhelpful and lied to us about the number of key cards we could receive.

During my Christmas holiday, I enjoyed a comfortable and cozy stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its great location, which provided convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a minibar. the hotel also offered an excellent breakfast buffet that included a variety of delicious options.
One of the receptionists was not entirely truthful when we asked for extra room keys. He claimed that the hotel policy only allowed one key per room, but we later found out that other guests had been given multiple keys.
